Laser Drill Holes in Diamond

I was asked to help a client sell a diamond they had purchased while on a cruise.  Upon examination, the laser drill holes were obvious.  The stone also had some very interesting inclusions.  It is an irradiated blue weighing over 5 carats.  I am awaiting a report from GIA New York, but as of now I am thinking HPHT because of the inclusions.  So it could be radiated, drilled, filled and HPHT.  But I’ll need a GIA report to confirm.

This is not going to be an easy sale for me because I have no idea where to unload treated stones.  I don’t even know where to buy them (we don’t deal with them).

Anyway, the pictures are cool.
